Sand

We incorporate the sand, one of the basic building materials, into concrete mixtures, we use it for mortars, mounds and other purposes. We extract it in quarries with modern technological facilities and with ecologic acceptability.

We extract the technical stone, i.e. limestone, in the Suhor quarry near Vinica from layers by drilling and blasting. The blasted material is crushed with the CD 900 
x 710 mm jaw crusher in granulation from 0-120 mm. Further crushing is carried out with an impact crusher and grinding with hammer mill BL-5. The crushed material is separated by screening into individual granules. The capacity of screening is from 50 to 80 m3/h.

We extract the technical stone, i.e. dolomite, in the Hrast quarry near Vinica by drilling and blasting. Further processing of the blasted material is carried out in the Suhor quarry near Vinica. The crushing of the material 
is carried out with the ČD 600 x 400 jaw crusher and the grinding with the BL-3 hammer mill. The crushed material is separated by screening into individual granules. The capacity of screening is from 15 to 20 m3/h.

In the course of quarrying there is a regular monitoring of the impact on the environment as prescribed.

The extraction in the Suhor quarry has the certificate of manufacture control, issued by the Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute. We also submit the declaration of conformity to customers.
