Concrete reinforcement iron

Our primary activity also includes the manufacture of concrete reinforcement iron. The cutting, bending and manufacturing of stirrups is carried out in a modern plant within the IGM Kanižarica logistic center in Črnomelj.

Automated computer-aided manufacture allows a quick response, satisfying even maximum quantity and quality demands. Manufacturing capacity assures an undisturbed supply of all our building sites and external customers.

We cut and bend all kinds of B500 B concrete reinforcement iron (ribbed iron) of 6 mm to 32 mm in diameter. We manufacture stirrups 6 mm to 10 mm in diameter.

Our daily manufacture covers up to 15 tons of cut and bent concrete reinforcement iron. Our annual capacity is 2,500 tons. In 2007 we modernized the iron bending works to increase manufacturing capacities by 50 %.

The cutting and bending of the concrete reinforcement iron is carried out according to reinforcement plans.

For cut and bent concrete reinforcement iron we have acquired the certificate of manufacture control, issued by ZAG, Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute. The certificate was issued on the basis of Technical approval STS-09/0049, issued by ZAG as well.

We submit the declaration of conformity for cut and bent concrete reinforcement iron to customers.
