Our own concrete plants, steel bending facility and other production capacities enable high quality, promptness and a great deal of flexibility even when meeting the expectations of our most demanding customers.
Production capacities:
- approx. 6,000 m2 of roofed production areas,
- steel bending facility (for bending the reinforcing elements),
- two concrete factories for the production of concrete for prefabricated structures and for external sales (average daily production from 100 to 150 m³),
- two lines for pre-stressing concrete beams (100 m long),
- ten bridge cranes for internal transport of formworks, concrete, reinforcing elements and end products (weight up to 50 t),
- open-air storage for end products and the curing of concrete (approx. 5 ha),
- two cranes located at the open-air storage etc.
Yearly production data:
- prefabricated RC- facades of various thickness with integrated heat insulation: approximately 40,000 m²/year,
- prefabricated RC-structures: approximately 100,000 m²/year,
- prefabricated RC piles: about 70,000 to 100,000 m/year,
- slatted floors in cattle buildings: approximately 5,000 m²/year.
