We are entering the new year optimistically. We have been entrusted with the renovation and the expansion of a hotel in Čatež, Slovenia. This acquired business deal is 10 % of the expected turnover of the Begrad Group in 2011.

The project encompasses the addition of two additional levels to the existing hotel, each covering 1,500 m2 and including 40 rooms. At the same time, the existing four levels with a total surface of 6,000 m2 (approximately 160 hotel rooms) will be renovated. Due to a relatively tight deadline, we have already commenced work, and the construction will last just under six months. Guests will be able to stay at the renovated and expanded hotel as early as the summer months.
